The price drops gradually as more participants join, reaching its lowest point when the activity is full. The starting price must be at least Rp10.000 and the capacity must be more than 2 participants.
When the activity is full, participants who paid above the final price automatically receive cashback to their balance.
No. If you enable Referral or Affiliate Links, the group discount is automatically turned off.
While the group discount is active, the activity's starting price and capacity are also locked to keep the cashback calculation accurate.
You can create three types: a voucher (price discount), a membership package (spots to join activities), and a credit package (top up balance). Set the amount, the number of passes/spots, and the validity period.
Subscriptions are billed automatically per period (in months) and can be paid with your KUYY Balance or credit card.
Yes. You can restrict it by specific host, specific activity, or usage type (to join activities, for passes only, or both).
You can also set when the validity period starts counting: from when the participant first joins an activity, or from when the participant buys the pass.
Add-ons are optional extras, up to 20 per activity. Each add-on must have a name (max 60 characters), a description (max 200 characters), and a price of at least Rp10.000; an image is optional.
Once your activity has an add-on, that activity is automatically treated as a paid activity during the payment process.

Detailed rules for each related feature, plus important notes.
A feature that gradually lowers the price as more participants join. The more people who join, the cheaper it gets, reaching the lowest price when the activity is full. The system automatically calculates cashback for participants who paid more than the final price.
- •You set two prices: the starting price and the lowest price when the group is full. The lowest price cannot be higher than the starting price.
- •The starting price is at least Rp 10.000. If it's less than that, you can't turn on this feature. The lowest price has no specific minimum, it just can't be higher than the starting price.
- •The activity must have a capacity of more than 2 participants for the group discount feature to work. The feature only actively calculates the tiered price if capacity is more than 2.
- •This feature can't be used together with Referral or Affiliate Links. If you turn on either of them, the group discount is automatically turned off.
- •While the group discount is active, you can no longer change the starting price or the participant capacity for the event. The system protects these settings to ensure the cashback calculation stays accurate.
- •Direct withdrawal is not available while the group discount feature is active.
- •Each time a participant's payment is confirmed, the system automatically prepares the cashback calculation that will be distributed later when the activity is full.
Important notes
• If you switch from the group discount to Referral or Affiliate, the group discount is automatically turned off.
• Cashback isn't given instantly. There's a short delay of about one minute after a participant's payment is confirmed before the cashback is processed.
• Cashback is only given to participants who paid more than the final price. If no participant overpaid, no cashback is distributed.
• If you use a pass or voucher, its discount is calculated first, and only then is the group discount price applied.
• The activity doesn't have to be full for the price to keep dropping, but cashback is only distributed when the activity is actually full.
Hosts can create three types of packages: vouchers (price discounts), membership packages (spots to join activities), and credit packages (top up balance). Each package has a configurable value, number of spots/passes, and validity period. Hosts can also set usage limits based on a specific host, a specific activity, or the type of usage. Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the defined period, and can be paid via KUYY Balance or credit card.
- •Hosts can create three types of packages: voucher packages (promotional price discounts), membership packages for joining activities, and credit packages for topping up balance.
- •For each package, the host sets its value, the number of passes or spots the participant receives, and how many days the pass is valid.
- •Hosts can choose the discount type: a percentage of the activity price, or a fixed-amount discount.
- •Hosts can limit pass usage based on a specific host, a specific activity, or the type of usage (for joining activities, for passes only, or both).
- •Hosts can set when the pass validity period starts counting: from when the participant first joins an activity, or from when the participant buys it.
- •Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the period the host sets (in months). A subscription status can be active, in the process of stopping, or inactive.
- •Hosts can accept subscription payments via KUYY Balance or credit card.
- •If a participant cancels their participation from an activity that is already full, the host can issue a refund as a reschedule pass (valid for 30 days by default) or as KUYY Balance. The host can also change the validity period of the reschedule pass to the number of days they want.
- •A pass cannot be used if its status is inactive, it has expired, or it does not match the requested host, activity, or usage type.
- •Hosts can see which package a participant uses when the participant joins an activity.
Important notes
• Passes and subscriptions are two different things. A pass is an asset you own individually (it can come from a package, voucher, or refund). A subscription is a recurring billing arrangement for a specific package. You can have both.
• A pass can have usage limits, for example only for a specific host, a specific activity, or a specific usage type. These limits prevent the pass from being used on an activity or host that does not match.
• A reschedule pass is valid for 30 days by default, but the host can change its validity period. This pass comes from the refund of a transaction.
• When joining with a quantity of more than one, the system can use several active passes from the same source to calculate the total discount.
• A pass cannot be used if its validity period has passed before the activity starts, except for promo passes. The date comparison uses Asia/Jakarta time.
• Subscription statuses: active (billed as usual), in the process of stopping (will stop at the next billing), and inactive (already ended, but you can re-subscribe).
• The difference between a credit pass and a membership pass: a credit pass works like a balance or wallet, while a membership pass is a spot to join a specific host's activities. The two are shown separately on the subscription page.
Hosts can add up to 20 extras/add-ons to each activity. Every add-on must have a name, a description, and a minimum price of Rp10.000, and can include an image. Add-ons can be managed (added, edited, deleted) at any time from the activity edit page. When an activity has add-ons, it automatically becomes a paid activity once the participant makes a payment.
- •You can add up to 20 add-ons to each activity.
- •Every add-on must have a name (max 60 characters), a description (max 200 characters), and a minimum price of Rp10.000.
- •An add-on image is optional, so you can choose to add one or not.
- •You can add, edit, or delete add-ons at any time from the activity edit page.
- •To delete an add-on, just click the trash icon on that add-on item.
- •The save button can only be clicked once every add-on has a name and a minimum price of Rp10.000.
- •Once your activity has add-ons, it is automatically counted as a paid activity during the payment process.
Important notes
• Relationship with Payment: The add-ons you choose are counted as separate items in the payment, and are not affected by the payment method used. The admin fee is calculated from the total including add-ons.
• Relationship with Pass/Voucher: You can still choose add-ons even while using a pass or discount voucher.
• Relationship with Group Join (Spot): When you send a group invite to someone else, the add-ons you selected are automatically included in that invite.
• Add-On Discounts: The add-on price always goes into the payment total and does not receive any special discount.
• Revenue Tracking: For hosts, income from add-ons is recorded separately from the activity's main-price income in revenue reports.
