Pricing, payment methods, balance, and host withdrawals.

Common questions

Set the price when you create the activity, or leave it empty for a free activity. If you enter a final price (full house), the price per participant drops automatically as more participants join, reaching the final price when it's full.

Once the final price is set, the starting price can no longer be changed. If the final price hasn't been set, the starting price can still be changed anytime.

QRIS, bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, CIMB, Permata), GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, credit card, and Blu. You can choose which methods are active for your activity.

A minimum of Rp20.000 and a maximum of Rp30.000.000 per withdrawal, with a total fee of Rp5.550.

You can save up to 12 bank accounts, and the account number is verified first before the funds are disbursed.

Top up your balance with a minimum of Rp100.000, and the maximum balance in your account is Rp10.000.000. The admin fee per transaction is Rp2.500, or Rp2.000 for payments via QRIS.

In the participant list you can see each participant's status — awaiting payment, failed/canceled, or fully paid — complete with visual cues to make reporting easier.

As a host, you set the price and payment methods for your activity, and you configure Auto-Cancel and withdrawal settings. You can see each participant's payment status and withdraw your balance within certain amount limits.

  • You set the starting price when you create an activity. If you set a final price (full house price), the starting price can no longer be changed afterward. But if no final price has been set, the starting price can be changed at any time, including after the activity has started.
  • If you set a final price, the per-participant price will automatically drop as more participants join, reaching the final price once all spots are filled.
  • You can choose which payment methods to enable for your activity, such as QRIS, bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, CIMB, Permata), Gopay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, credit card, and Blu.
  • You can enable Auto-Cancel by setting a minimum number of participants (including you) and how many hours before the activity the deadline is. If the deadline is reached and participants are still below the minimum, the activity is automatically canceled and participants' funds are refunded shortly after.
  • You can see each participant's payment status: awaiting payment, payment failed or canceled, or paid. This status is shown in the participant list with clear visual indicators.
  • You can make a withdrawal with a minimum of Rp20.000 and a maximum of Rp30.000.000 per withdrawal. The withdrawal fee is Rp5.550 in total.
  • You can save up to 12 bank accounts for withdrawals. The account number is verified first before funds are disbursed.
  • Transaction limits: minimum top up Rp100.000, maximum balance in your account Rp10.000.000, and an admin fee of Rp2.500 (or Rp2.000 for payments via QRIS).
  • You can set a special price for when all spots are filled, giving you a tiered pricing scheme.

Important notes

If the activity requires the host's approval, your payment is not processed immediately. You wait for approval first, and if all spots are full you'll automatically be added to the waitlist.

When an activity is automatically canceled, all participants' funds are refunded. You can receive a full refund or a replacement pass.

A discount from a pass (as an amount or a percentage) is subtracted from the activity price. For a balance-type pass, the higher its value, the bigger the discount.

Each participant's payment status (awaiting payment, failed/canceled, or paid) can be monitored by the host for reporting purposes.

When you join a paid activity, the system checks your registration details, form answers, pass eligibility, additional charges, and payment method before proceeding to payment.
