Common questions
Open Website from the host menu, then pick a template as your starting point: Yoga Studio, Gym, Tennis Club, or a blank Canvas. The editor opens with two panels, Blocks for adding page sections and Pages for managing your pages and the navigation menu.
Build each page from the available blocks: Hero, About, Schedule, Packages, Gallery, Showcase, Testimonials, Sponsors, FAQ, Video, Social, Contact, CTA, and Custom HTML. Click a block to open its settings on the right. Changes save automatically as a draft, and there's an undo for taking back your last step. The Schedule block pulls your activities and the Packages block pulls your passes straight from KUYY, so you don't have to update them by hand every time your schedule changes.
The part that trips people up most: saving alone changes nothing for visitors. Changes only go public once you press Publish. If you've edited your site but visitors still see the old version, the changes are almost certainly still sitting in the draft.
When you press Publish you choose a subdomain: lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, 3 to 63 characters long. Your site goes live on that subdomain under the KUYY domain. Unpublished drafts are invisible to visitors, and an older version that was once live can be brought back as a draft.
Yes. Open Site settings, go to the Custom domain section, enter your domain, then add the CNAME record it shows you in your domain provider's DNS panel, for example Cloudflare, GoDaddy, or Niagahoster. Once the record is saved, press Check now.
The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically and can take a few minutes after the DNS is correct. While the record isn't right yet, the domain status stays pending. So if your domain doesn't feel live, the first thing to check is the CNAME record, then press Check now again.
There's one requirement: you need access to that domain's DNS settings. There is no way to use your own domain without changing DNS at your domain provider. If you don't have that access, your site can still run on the KUYY subdomain you picked when you published.
