Is there a free trial?

Yes, on the Business plan. You can run several outlets from one account, each with its own schedule, staff, and reports. Instructors and staff can be invited with the access you set, then assigned to specific sessions.

What if a participant pays cash or transfers outside the app?

Those payments can still be recorded through the off-platform payment feature (available on the Business plan), so class revenue stays complete in your reports even when the money never touches KUYY's payment system.
