Payments & Withdrawals
Pricing, payment methods, balance, and host withdrawals.
Common questions
Set the price when you create the activity, or leave it empty for a free activity. If you enter a final price (full house), the price per participant drops automatically as more participants join, reaching the final price when it's full.
Once the final price is set, the starting price can no longer be changed. If the final price hasn't been set, the starting price can still be changed anytime.
QRIS, bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, CIMB, Permata), GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, credit card, and Blu. You can choose which methods are active for your activity.
Open Settings, then Balance, and tap Withdraw. The button is disabled while your withdrawable balance is zero.
If you have no account saved yet, add one first: pick the bank, enter the account number, tap Verify until the account holder's name appears, then Continue. That name comes from the bank, so if it looks wrong the number is wrong.
On the withdrawal page enter an amount or tap withdraw everything, then choose the destination account. The breakdown is shown before you confirm: the amount, the admin fee, and the total that will be sent.
Last, enter your 6-digit PIN. If you have never set one, a code is emailed to you first and you create the PIN after that.
It then goes to processing, and the money arrives within 3 business days. A withdrawal in progress shows in the history on the Balance page.
A minimum of Rp20.000 per withdrawal, with an admin fee of Rp2.500.
The upper limit is counted PER DAY rather than per withdrawal, and differs by plan: Rp10.000.000 on Free, Rp30.000.000 on Premium, and Rp100.000.000 on Business.
You can save up to 12 bank accounts, and the account number is verified first before the funds are disbursed.
Top up your balance with a minimum of Rp100.000. A top-up is rejected if your current balance plus the top-up amount would go above Rp10.000.000 (landing exactly on Rp10.000.000 is still allowed). That limit blocks top-ups only, not your balance itself: host earnings from activities keep landing in your balance even past Rp10.000.000. Note that the check looks at your total balance from every source, earnings included, so while your balance sits above the limit you cannot top up at all until it drops back down. A top-up carries a Rp2.500 admin fee per transaction; the amount is shown before you confirm.
In the participant list you can see each participant's status (awaiting payment, failed/canceled, or fully paid), complete with visual cues to make reporting easier.
Participant payments don't become balance right away. An activity's takings move into your KUYY Balance about 3 hours after the activity ends. Before that they show up as Pending Balance on the Balance page and can't be withdrawn yet.
That 3-hour wait applies to the Free plan. If you subscribe to Premium or Business, the money lands in your balance as soon as a participant finishes paying, without waiting for the activity to end.
Payouts are still held for as long as there's an open report on that activity.
Unlike activity takings, which wait for the activity to finish, pass sales move into your KUYY Balance one day (about 24 hours) after the participant buys.
So you hold the full value of the pass up front, before they start using the quota. Each class they attend simply draws that quota down, with no new transaction.
Up to 3 business days. It is processed automatically the moment you confirm with your PIN, with no manual approval step and no cut-off hour. For BCA and blu accounts the transfer is sent right then; other banks are forwarded to a payment partner and the status changes once they confirm. Sitting in processing is normal for those banks while you are still within the 3 business days; if more than 3 business days pass and the money has not arrived, contact support with the date and the amount of the withdrawal.
You can only have one withdrawal in progress at a time. If one is still processing, a new withdrawal is rejected until the previous one completes or fails.
Per day, not per transaction. The system adds up every withdrawal you make in a day and rejects the request if the total goes over the limit. The counter resets at midnight WIB.
The daily limit is Rp10.000.000 on Free, Rp30.000.000 on Premium, and Rp100.000.000 on Business. The KUYY team can raise an individual account's limit in specific cases, so the figures above are the standard limits for your plan.
Nothing at all. An activity with no price never creates a transaction. Participants are registered straight away without going through a payment page, so there's no admin fee, no QRIS fee, and no deduction of any kind for you or for them.
One exception: if you add a paid add-on, the activity counts as paid. Participants who don't pick an add-on still join for free, but anyone who buys one pays the add-on price plus the admin fee like any other transaction.
KUYY does not currently withhold income tax or VAT from your earnings. Taxes may still apply depending on the jurisdiction, and you are responsible for your own tax obligations.
Today the only deduction from a participant's transaction is the admin fee, and the only deduction from a withdrawal is the Rp2.500 withdrawal admin fee. If you need the numbers summarised for your bookkeeping, download the Balance Report from the Balance page.
By default the participant pays it: the admin fee is added on top of your ticket price at checkout, so you receive the full ticket price and nothing is deducted from your earnings.
You can change this with Cover the admin fee in your account's Activity Settings (web: Settings then Activity Settings; app: Host Settings), which applies to activities you create from then on - activities already published keep the setting they were created with, and there is no per-activity switch. When it's on, participants pay exactly the price you set with no admin fee line at all, and the fee is deducted from your payout instead. This only applies to activities you create after turning it on — already-published activities keep their existing setting.
The amount depends on the participant's payment method: Rp2.500 for bank transfer and virtual accounts, 0.7% + Rp1.000 for QRIS, and 2.22% + Rp1.000 for e-wallets when the total is above Rp200.000. Whatever the calculation, the minimum is always Rp2.500.

Detailed rules for each related feature, plus important notes.
As a host, you set the price and payment methods for your activity, and you configure Auto-Cancel and withdrawal settings. You can see each participant's payment status and withdraw your balance within certain amount limits.
- •You set the starting price when you create an activity. If you set a final price (full house price), the starting price can no longer be changed afterward. But if no final price has been set, the starting price can be changed at any time, including after the activity has started.
- •If you set a final price, the per-participant price will automatically drop as more participants join, reaching the final price once all spots are filled.
- •You can choose which payment methods to enable for your activity, such as QRIS, bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, CIMB, Permata), Gopay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, credit card, and Blu.
- •You can enable Auto-Cancel by setting a minimum number of participants (including you) and how many hours before the activity the deadline is. If the deadline is reached and participants are still below the minimum, the activity is automatically canceled and every participant receives a Reschedule Voucher worth what they paid, shortly after.
- •You can see each participant's payment status: awaiting payment, payment failed or canceled, or paid. This status is shown in the participant list with clear visual indicators.
- •You can withdraw a minimum of Rp20.000 per withdrawal, with a withdrawal admin fee of Rp2.500. The upper limit is counted per day, not per withdrawal, and follows your plan: Rp10.000.000 on Free, Rp30.000.000 on Premium, Rp100.000.000 on Business.
- •You can save up to 12 bank accounts for withdrawals. The account number is verified first before funds are disbursed.
- •Transaction limits: minimum top up Rp100.000, and a top-up is rejected if your current balance plus the top-up amount would exceed Rp10.000.000. That check counts your whole balance, so earnings you already hold count towards it, but nothing blocks earnings themselves: host payouts from activities keep landing in your balance even past that figure, and once they do you cannot top up again until the balance drops back under the limit. The top-up admin fee is shown before you confirm.
- •You can set a special price for when all spots are filled, giving you a tiered pricing scheme.
Important notes
• If the activity requires the host's approval, your payment is not processed immediately. You wait for approval first. The waitlist doesn't apply to such an activity, because it can't be active at the same time as host approval.
• When an activity is automatically canceled, every participant receives a Reschedule Voucher worth what they paid. Free activities have no refund.
• A discount from a pass (as an amount or a percentage) is subtracted from the activity price. For a balance-type pass, the higher its value, the bigger the discount.
• Each participant's payment status (awaiting payment, failed/canceled, or paid) can be monitored by the host for reporting purposes.
• When you join a paid activity, the system checks your registration details, form answers, pass eligibility, additional charges, and payment method before proceeding to payment.
