1. Rainy day :
• Activity starts in less than 1 hour : 50% REFUND.
• Activity starts more than 1 hour : NO REFUND.
• All refund will be sent to your Kuyy Balance.
2. Cancellation :
• This booking is NON REFUNDABLE.
• Make sure that you’re available and the session you choose are correct.
• Rescheduling is available up to 2 days before your session starts and it will be a “Reschedule Pass”’.
