Following the success of Bekasi Coastal Gravel, GX-ID returns with a new chapter in urban cycling exploration: JAKARTA WATERFRONT GRAVEL 2026.
Positioned as Asia’s first Waterfront Gravel event, this ride is designed to reveal a different side of Jakarta—one that exists beyond its major roads, familiar cycling corridors, and conventional urban routes.
From hidden alleys and neighborhood passages to urban parks, gravel tracks, waterways, canals, wetlands, and scenic waterfront landscapes, riders will discover more than 30 distinctive water-related landscapes across Jakarta.
Some of these places may be surprisingly close to where you live, work, study, or spend your everyday life—yet remain largely unseen from the perspective of a bicycle.
This is not simply a cycling event.
It is an urban exploration, endurance challenge, and sporting tourism experience designed to connect Jakarta's hidden landscapes through the bicycle.

The route explores selected sections of:
Central → North → South Jakarta
Expect urban gravel, neighborhood passages, waterways, parks, scenic urban landscapes, and unexpected corners of Jakarta.
Perfect for riders who want to experience the city at a more relaxed pace while still taking on a meaningful gravel adventure.

🚲 BICYCLE POLICY
ALL BIKES ARE WELCOME
JAKARTA WATERFRONT GRAVEL is designed to be inclusive of different cycling disciplines and bicycle configurations.
Fixed-gear bicycles equipped with at least one functional rim or disc brake are permitted specifically in the 60+ km category.
For the 120+ km competitive category, only Drop Bar and Corner Bar configurations are eligible for competitive classification.
