Please wear proper sportswear and non-slip socks to class. (If you don't have any, non-slip socks are available for purchase at the studio.)

Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late, for any reason, will not be allowed to join the class.

Children are not allowed in the studio. If you bring a child, they must wait downstairs and are not allowed to enter the Pilates studio.

Please use the equipment with care. Listen carefully and follow the coach's instructions.

After using the equipment, please clean the equipment you have used and return it to its original condition.

Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be done at least 24 hours before the class (H-24). Rescheduling on the day of the class will result in the session being forfeited.

For safety reasons, the coach reserves the right not to assist a member with certain poses if the member is considered not ready or qualified, such as having insufficient core strength, limited flexibility, or a body weight exceeding the equipment's capacity.
