• DESCRIPTION :

- 4 games per match. 1x deuce then sudden death.

- Maximum slots : 8 slots.

- Only the court.

- Please bring your own ball and racket.

- Exclude ballboy. Ballboys are available on site for 50rb/hour and paid directly to the ballboy after playing.

• LEVELING :

Respect each other by knowing your level. The classification helps each other to have a good experience playing with strangers, enjoy competitive well-matched games and improve the skills of all players. The classification below helps you to understand where you stand and which session suits you best.

1. Newbie/First Timer :

Never played Tennis before and we suggest you to join our coaching session not game session.

2. Beginner :

Tried Tennis a couples times and have tried a coaching session then you want to challenge yourself in game. We dont have any session of this.

3. Upper Beginner to Lower Intermediate :

- Rally, return and serve around 85%.

- Has a basic in tennis and been practicing about 9 months.

4. Intermediate&Up :

- Rally, return and serve around 90%.

- Has a basic in tennis and been practicing about a years.

5. Upper Intermediate to Advanced :

We dont have any session of this.

• BOOKING POLICY :

1. Rainy day :

- Activity starts less than 1 hour : 50% REFUND.

- Activity starts more than 1 hour : NO REFUND.

- All refund will be sent to your Kuyy Balance.

- Rainy day policy may change anytime according to venue policy.

2. Cancellation :

- This booking is NON REFUNDABLE. NO CANCEL/NO REFUND.

- Make sure that you’re available and the session you choose are correct.

- Rescheduling is available up to 2 days before your session starts and it will be a “Reschedule Pass”’.
