View Receipt for every transaction

Paid and refunded transactions now have a receipt, laid out like the invoice email: what you bought, the host, the invoice number, when and where, the price breakdown, and how it was paid and refunded. Open Transaction History, pick the transaction and tap View Receipt. Save it as an image or share it from the app, or print it and save it as a PDF on kuyy.id.
