Up to 5 photos and formatted descriptions

For Premium hosts: add up to 5 photos to an activity or appointment. The first one is the cover, and participants swipe through the rest on the activity page. Descriptions can now have bold and italic text, headings, bullet and numbered lists, and links, using the toolbar above the description field.
