Checkbox questions on registration forms

For hosts: add a checkbox question to your registration form so participants can tick more than one option. Set a minimum and maximum to pick, for example 1 to 3. Answers show on the form responses page and in the Excel download. Participants signing up in the app need the latest version to answer it.
