Comparison
KUYY vs Rezerv vs Vibefam
The three platforms Indonesian studios weigh against each other most often. This page puts the numbers side by side — including where the other two are the better call.
All figures are each provider’s published rates as of August 2026 and can change at any time.
One difference that changes how you compare them
Rezerv and Vibefam are pure booking software. Both tidy up studio operations well, and that is exactly what they promise. What they do not do is bring new people into your classes.
KUYY sells two things at once: the operational software and access to its own marketplace. So the real question is not which platform has the longest feature list, but whether your biggest problem is messy operations or empty classes. Those need different answers.

The three differences you actually feel
Your bill tracks the exchange rate, or it does not
Rezerv bills in Singapore dollars, Vibefam in US dollars. Your studio earns rupiah, so the software cost moves with the exchange rate without you getting anything extra for it. KUYY bills in rupiah, so the number is the same every month.
Cost grows as you grow, or it holds
On its higher tiers Rezerv charges per location, so a second branch multiplies the software bill. The KUYY Business plan already covers multi-outlet with schedules shared across branches, so opening a branch does not change what you pay.
Software alone, or software plus demand
This is the biggest difference and the one that least often makes it into a comparison table. A studio subscribed to KUYY appears in the KUYY app automatically. Rezerv and Vibefam have no consumer marketplace, so filling classes stays entirely your job.
When Rezerv or Vibefam is the better choice
A comparison page that claims to win on every line is not worth trusting. There are situations where the other two are genuinely the right call.
Choose Rezerv if
Your studio operates across several Southeast Asian countries at once — a branch in Singapore or Malaysia alongside Indonesia, say. Rezerv is built for that spread. It also fits if you are a solo trainer who wants the simplest possible setup, which is what their Starter plan is for.
Choose Vibefam if
You need strict financial separation per outlet, including payouts to a different bank account per branch and payroll per outlet. That is a specific Vibefam strength. It also fits if you operate across countries and Indonesia is only one of your markets.
If neither paragraph above describes your situation, and your biggest problem is classes that have not filled, that is precisely the part no booking software can solve on its own.
