• Newbie / First Timer → Never played before. We recommend joining coaching sessions, not game sessions.
• Beginner → Played a few times, basic game knowledge, ~6 months practice, serve/return ~50%.
• Upper Beginner → Serve/return ~85%, ~9 months training, ±35 games played.
